微合金化洁净车轮钢产生氢鼓泡的临界可扩散氢浓度

用电解充氢法研究了微合金化洁净车轮钢产生氢鼓泡的临界可扩散氢浓度。结果表明,洁净车轮钢的可扩散氢浓度随充氢电流密度的增加而增加,试样表明的氢鼓泡密度也随着充氢电流密度的增加而增加,试样中产生氢鼓泡的最低可扩散氢浓度为C0=2.22×10^-6。设定氢鼓泡密度0.5≤ρ≤3个/cm^2为临界条件,则产生氢鼓泡的临界可扩散氢浓度为C0*=3.64±0.55×10^-6。
he critical diffusible hydrogen concentration for hydrogen blistering of a micro-alloyed clean wheel steel was measured using the electrolytic hydrogen charging method. The results show that show that the diffusible hydrogen concentration and the density of hydrogen blisters on the sample surfaces increase with the increasing of the hydrogen charging current density. The lowest diffusible hydrogen concentration for blistering is C0 = 2.22×10^-6. Setting the density of hydrogen blister 0.5 ≤ρ≤3 个/cm^2 for the critical conditions, the critical diffusible hydrogen concentration for producing the hydrogen blistering is C0*=3.64± 0.55×10^-6.
