本文探讨了21世纪信息时代城市与区域规划因为社会——空间特征变化而发生在规划目的、理论、方法、思想以及认识方面的变革，由此城市与区域规划教育也应当做出相应的转变。
In this paper ,authors think with development of the aim, theory, methodology, philosophy and cognition of urban and regional planning under the background of knowledge economy time, we also should change the content, idea and methodology of planning education.
