重庆市餐饮业废水主要污染因子排放系数及排放规律研究

Study on discharge coefficient and emission behavior of main pollution factors of catering wastewater in Chongqing

重庆市餐饮业发展迅速,餐饮废水成为生活污水的主要来源。针对餐饮行业的排污特点,确定了主要污染因子的排放系数。以COD为例,研究了主要污染因子随废水量、时间的排放规律。结果表明餐饮行业废水量排放系数为用水量的88%,首要污染因子为COD,且污染物浓度范围随时间变化波动较大,排放规律具有很强的时段性突高、突低的特点。

he catering trade in Chongqing city develops rapidly. The restaurant wastewater is the main source of domestic sewage. It has determined the discharge coefficient of the main pollution factors according to the pollution characteristics of restaurant wastewater. It has studied the emission rules of the main pollution factors which change with wastewater and time. The results showed that the discharge coefficient of wastewater is 88 percent of water consumption. The primary pollution factor is COD. The range of pollutant concentration changes greatly and the variation is very regular in fatigue.
