Effect of Nb Precipitation on the Microstructure During Producing Pipeline Steel by CSP Technology

本试验对含铌X60管线钢的析出粒子的结构、形貌、分布及析出条件进行了研究,分析了铌的碳氮化物在CSP热轧工艺过程中的析出特征及其对组织性能的影响。得出在含铌X60管线钢中,由于微合金元素的加入,从几个方面抑制了晶粒的长大,并成为微合金钢中最重要的晶粒细化方法之一。

Experimental studies on the structure, morphological characteristic and distributing of precipitation in Nb-bearing X60 pipeline steel. Effect of Niobium and precipitation of carbonitrides on the microstructure in hot rolling process by CSP technology has been analyzed. This paper shows that adding of the micro-alloyed elements helps to the inhibiting of grain expansion, thus, becoming one of ways of fine the grain.
