Progress on The Molecular and Medical of Nestin
巢蛋白是神经干细胞，胰腺干细胞的标志分子，是中间纤维家族的成员，被列为第Ⅵ类中间纤维，其结构和分子量与其他的中间纤维成员有差异，巢蛋白基因的第二个内含子上有两个增强子--中脑特异性增强子和泛CNS增强子。
Nestin an intermediate filament protein ranked as the sixth ,is marker of neural stem cells and pancreatic stem cells .Its structure and molecular weight are different from others. There are two enhancers in the second intron of the nestin gene ----pan CNS enhancer and midbrain enhancer.
