活度系数法预测R600a/LAB气液相平衡
Vapor-liguid Equlibrium Prediction for R600a+LAB Oil Based on the Activity Coefficient Method
本文选用五种活度系数模型计算了R600a/LAB润滑油的气液相平衡性质,并与状态方程法预测结果相比较,结果表明:从压力的绝对误差来看,Wilson、Tsuboka-Katayama、Heil-Prausnitz模型结果优于状态方程法,NRTL和基团贡献法计算结果与状态方程法相当,而UNIQUAC模型平均绝对误差最大。应用基团贡献法直接计算R600a/LAB润滑油气液相平衡的泡点压力,计算结果明显优于状态方程法。
In this paper five activity coefficient models were used to predict the Vapor-liguid equlibrium characteristics of R600a+LAB. The results show that the prediction deviation is better than the state equation method for the Wilson, Tsuboka-Katayama, Heil-Prausnitz model. And the results of NRTL model and group contribution method are little difference from the state equation method. But the average absolute deviation of UNIQUAC model was the largest. Finally, the group contribution method was used to calculate the bubble point pressure of R600a+LAB, the results showed that it is better than the state equation method and UNIQUAC prediction.
