随着复合弹性非织造材料的应用范围越来越广泛,其拉伸力学性能方面的研究也越来越重要。本文在基本线性粘弹性力学模型的基础上建立起复合弹性材料的结构模型,并通过对模型分析得出:结构特殊性赋予了材料特有的力学表现,这种弹性层压材料在低变形区经历了一个不同于普通纺织材料拉伸变形过程的更复杂的应力应变过程,接着本文对这一过程建立起粘弹性力学模型,通过函数的拟合与分析得出:形变参数的拟合值可以反映弹性层压材料在拉伸初始阶段的弹性伸长性能;粘度参数的拟合值可以反映弹性层压材料抵抗变形的能力。

With the development of composite elastic nonwoven material are used more and more widely, the studies of its tensile mechanical properties have become increasingly important. In this paper, based on the basic linear viscoelastic model, I build the composite elastic material structure model, and by model analysis I obtained: the structural specialty gives material a special mechanical performance. This type of elastic combination material experiences a more complicated stress-strain course in low distortion area which is different from the tensile strain course of common textile material. Then, this dissertation establishes the viscoelastic mechanics model for this course. Through function fitting and analysis a conclusion can be gotten, namely, the elastic performance of elastic combination material is supplied by elastic film, but the structure of combination material limits the elasticity of the elastic film and make it work only in low distortion condition; nonwoven layer has the crucial effect on the breaking strength and the ultimate elongation of the elastic combination material.
