本文采用高温沉降炉对四种褐煤进行了高温快速热解的实验研究,分析了热解过程中燃料氮的释放以及挥发分氮中HCN以及NH3的释放规律。HCN是热解过程中挥发分氮的主要产物。采用XPS测量了原煤及高温快速热解焦表面含氮官能团,得到了氮的赋存形态及在热解过程中的转化规律。研究表明,N-Q的热稳定性最差,其次是N-X,N-6比N-5的热稳定性好。在热解过程中N-5和N-6之间存在着相互的转化。N-5随着热解停留时间的增加而减小,N-6则呈现相反的规律,成为热解煤焦中N的主要赋存形式。

he release of nitrogen in lignite during rapid pyrolysis was investigated in a drop tube furnace under 1000 C, 1100 C and 1200 C. The releases of fuel-N and volatile-N including HCN and NH3 were analyzed. The result shows that HCN is the main product of volatile containing nitrogen when the pyrolysis is finished. Functional forms of nitrogen in coals and pyrolysis chars were determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The thermal stability of N-Q is the weakest, followed by N-X. N-6 is more stable than N-5. With the increase of the residence time, the fraction of N-5 decreases while the fraction of N-6 increases. N-6 is the main type of nitrogen functional forms in char.
