海洋环境挥发性有机硫分析方法的研究
Research on Determination of Volatile sulfur compounds in and above Ocean
本文主要探究较好的VSCs痕量分析技术,即改良的气提-冷阱-热解析气相色谱法,选用的是HP-5型毛细管分离柱,有较好的色谱分离效果和检测能力。该方法COS、DMS和CS2的相对标准偏差分别为3.73、5.08和3.21%(n = 7);而回收率分别为78.5 ~ 92.4%、83.2 ~ 95.4%和89.5 ~ 102.8%;检出限为3.5、2.5和3.0 ng。在青岛近岸实际样品中,测得海水中COS、DMS和CS2的平均浓度分别为268±58、1.2±0.2、19±2 nmol L-1,大气中的平均浓度为543±39、39±9和56±20 ppt。总体上,建立的方法可以较准确的测定海洋环境的挥发性硫化物。
In this study we have developed technique for determining low levels of VSCs, using effective per-concentration , thermal desorber, and excellent separation column. Precision for the analysis of COS, DMS and CS2 were 3.73、5.08 and 3.21% (n = 7) respectively. Then the recovery were in the range of 78.5 ~ 92.4%、83.2 ~ 95.4% and 89.5 ~ 102.8%, respectively. The detection limit were 3.5, 2.5 and 3.0 ng. In natural sample of Qingdao, the average concentration of COS, DMS and CS2 in waters was 268±58、1.2±0.2、19±2 nmol L-1, and the 543±39、29±9和56±20 ppt in the atmosphere. Overall, the method was successfully used to determine the sulfur compounds in ocean and atmosphere.
