图书馆服务转型趋势下高校图书馆志愿者团队的建设与管理--以中国科学院大学图书馆为例

Under the strategy of "double first-class", the transformation of university libraries from paper-based resources to user-centered, personalized information services and knowledge services is an inevitable trend. This trend puts forward new requirements for the construction and management of library volunteer team. Combined with the experience of managing the library volunteer team at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, according to the characteristics of university volunteers and the current shortage of volunteer construction and management, the author puts forward to build a team of volunteers with the spirit of library ,to maximize the potential of volunteer service, to strengthen the communication between volunteer managers and volunteers between different universities and other suggestions and prospects.
