生物医学类国际期刊的开放获取模式探讨
Recent Trends on International Open Access Journals in Biomedical Science and Engineering
本文介绍了目前在学术出版界广为讨论的开放获取(Open Access，简称OA)出版模式，简述OA出版模式特点及其优劣势。在评价期刊部分，本文首先系统地介绍了期刊影响力评价指标，包括影响因子、立即指数、被引频次、发表论文数和H指数，然后采用上述指标对生物、医学、工程三个领域中的OA期刊和非OA期刊作数据统计和比较，并作出定性和定量分析以及发展趋势分析。最后，本文介绍了国内外OA期刊出版模式的发展现状，总结了OA发展模式对于学术期刊发展的意义，并根据结论提出了OA期刊发展的相关建议。
his article provides an overview of the open access (OA) publication style in academia, and summarizes the common features of the OA publications. We evaluated the OA journals in the field of biology, medicine, and engineering, with impact factor, immediacy index, total cites, publications, and H-index. The quantitative analysis was applied to all the OA and non-OA journals in these three areas. Finally, the article presents the state-of-the-art of the OA publications around the world, and emphasizes the merits of the OA publication style.
