针灸治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡的临床选穴研究进展
Progress in research on the clinical acupoint selection in acupuncture therapy of gastroduodenal ulcer
回顾分析了近10年针灸治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡的临床选穴研究概况，总结了临床取穴规律及常用配穴方法。研究发现，临床治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡穴位的选取分为单穴和多穴；多穴中又以脾胃之俞募配穴及脾胃之俞募穴配下合穴为主。结果表明，脾胃之背俞穴、募穴及下合穴在临床治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡中具有取穴精、疗效好、复发率低等特点。
his paper has retrospected and analyzed the research overview of clinical acupoint selection in acupuncture therapy of gastroduodenal ulcer in recent 10 years，moreover，the rule of selecting acupoints and common methods for combined use of acupoints are summarized．Single-acupoint and multiple-acupoint selection are applied to acupuncture therapy of gastroduodenal ulcer．Gastrosplenic Shu-Mu combination and gastrosplenic Shu-Mu and Xia-He acupoints combination are the main means of multiple-acupoint treatment．The results showed that the combination of gastrosplenic back-shu 、front-mu and xia-he acupoints has the following advantages：refining of selecting acupoints、prominence of clinical efficacy and low rate of relapse．
