植物的死亡是主动的死亡方式,受植物自身基因调控。研究发现许多的环境因子,尤其是胁迫性环境因子可以诱导细胞的程序性死亡(PCD)。这是由于植物为了抵御不适宜的环境,或是避免其自身组织遭到更加严重的破坏,通过感受刺激调节体内的信号分子从而诱导植物细胞的特定部位发生细胞程序性死亡,以求得在不良的环境条件下,个体能够得到生存的机会.本文主要针对一些矿质离子胁迫的植物PCD进行综述,为更加深入而全面的研究植物的PCD奠定基础。

Programmed cell death in plants is controlled by genes of plant-itself, being an primary method of death, while, many environmental factors, especially those environmental stress factors can induce programmed cell death. This is due to adapt to bad environment, and protect other tissues of the plant. Programmed cell death initiated by bad factors, such as reactive oxygen species, ethylene, Ca2+, NO, salicylic acid etc. this review conclude elemental stresses inducing PCD in plants.
