本文首先明确界定工作拖延的内涵,以工作情景为背景、个体为拖延载体,由诱发拖延因素的不同将工作拖延分解为个体性拖延、工作性拖延、组织性拖延三种结构。根据各类拖延的发生、发展路径,构建工作拖延理论模型。其次,对三类拖延在普遍性、稳定性、隐蔽性、易变性、影响性这五个性质方面作出比较并用拖延表现的描述变量:一贯性、区别性、一致性进行拖延类型识别。最后,针对不同类型的拖延给出相应的组织干预策略。

his paper first gives the definition of work procrastination. Taking working circumstance as background, individuals as procrastination carriers, this paper decomposed work procrastinations-according to the differences of their inducing factors to procrastination-into three types, that is, individual procrastination, workability procrastination andorganized procrastination; The work procrastination theory model was built on the basis of their different occurrence and developing path of procrastination. Second, this paper makes comparison of the three types in aspects of universality, stability, concealment, changeability influence, describes the variables by their procrastination performance (coherency, distinctiveness, and consistency), and thus recognizing the procrastination types. Finally, this paper provides corresponding organized intervention strategies for different types of procrastinations.
