为提高加工效率、充分发挥五轴联动机床的功能,在分析带倾斜摆动铣头及带角度铣头五轴数控机床结构特点的基础上,详细推导了其后置处理算法,并在算法的推导过程中综合考虑了转角突变导致的干涉问题。基于该后置处理算法,采用Visual Basic语言开发了相应机床的后置处理软件。应用Vericut软件构建虚拟机床对所开发后置处理软件生成的数控代码进行加工仿真及实际加工试验检验,结果表明后置处理算法及所开发的后置处理软件正确有效,具有较高的工程应用价值。

In order to improve the machining efficiency and exert functions fully of five-axis linkage CNC machines, the post processing algorithms were deduced by analyzing the structure features of five-axis machines with a titling milling head or a milling head. And the interference problems are taken into account in the process of developing the algorithms, Based on the proposed post processing algorithms, a special post processing software for the machines was programmed in Visual Basic language. The correctness and effectiveness of the post processing algorithms and software have been verified by CNC machining simulations on the Vericut software, and the practical cutting experiments. The results have shown that the developed algorithms has more greater engineering value.
