冷弯薄壁G形钢双肢开口截面拼合柱轴压性能试验研究
Experimental study on behavior of cold-formed G-shaped steel double-limbs built-up open-section columns
为研究冷弯薄壁G形钢双肢开口截面拼合柱的轴压性能,进行30根拼合柱的轴压试验,主要设计变化参数为试件长细比和腹板高厚比,重点考察试件破坏形态、荷载-变形曲线及截面尺寸对承载力的影响。试验结果表明:试件的破坏以局部屈曲和整体屈曲两种屈曲模式为主;随着试件长度的增大,屈曲模式由局部屈曲逐渐转变为整体屈曲;增大试件高厚比对试件承载力产生有利影响。参考国内外规范中的计算方法,将其计算得到的承载力与试验结果进行对比,发现计算公式偏于不安全,并通过试验数据回归分析,对规范CSA S136进行修正,提出了适用于冷弯薄壁G形钢双肢开口截面拼合柱轴压承载力计算公式,可供工程设计参考。
In order to investigate the axial compression behavior of cold-formed G-shaped steel double-limbs built-up open-section column, axial compressive experiments of 30 built-up specimens were presented. The main design parameters of specimens were the slenderness ratio and the ratio of web height to thickness. The failure modes, relationships between axial load and deformation and the effects of cross section dimensions on the bearing capacities of the spExperimental study on behavior of cold-formed G-shaped steel double-limbsecimens were investigated. It is demonstrated that the primary buckling modes of the specimens involved local buckling and overall buckling.With the increase of specimen length, buckling mode was changed from local buckling to overall buckling. The enhancement of the ratio of web height to thickness could enhance the bearing capacities.The axial load capacities of the specimens were calculated according to the domestic and oversea design codes. The comparison between the calculations and experimental data indicates that the formulas are unconservative. The codes CSA S136 are modified and a formula for calculating the bearing capacity of cold-formed G-shaped steel double-limbs built-up open-section columns under axial compression is presented through regression analysis of the test datas. The formula is valuable for engineering design.
