微生物生态系统演化的新模型

微生物生态系统是一个开放的、动态的、与环境融合在一起的无边界的复杂系统。过去人们一直从物质、机械的角度对其进行研究,总是陷入观察者与被观察对象隔离、还原式的西方科学的思维模式中。虽然取得了一定的成果,但始终不能揭示其存在的内在本质和动态演化过程。他们的根本问题就是对观察者和被观察对象界定不清。本文从有机整体的角度重新认识研究对象,在关于"对象"认识的理论体系中,观察者与被观察对象是不可分离的,都融于"对象"之中,对象自行出现、进化并反过来认识对象本身,完成一个自足自洽的循环。微生物生态系统也只是这一循环中自主涌现的对象而已,鉴于对象的自主性、主动适应性、和动态演化等特性,可以把对象定义为我们所知的"自我"。通过重新认识对象,我们根据最大流原理推导出了自我演化的动力学方程并建立了新的演化理论模型,最后给出描述自我的结构参量,并运用简例来展现这一理论模型的具体运用过程。

he microbial ecosystem is a complex system,closely associated with the environment,which is open,dynamic and boundary-free.Over the past,people used to study it from the material or mechanical point of view,and were always puzzled by the western-style scientific thinking mode that the observer and the observered object are respectively isolated.Despite some achievements,scientists still cannot reveal the inherent nature as well as its dynamic evolution process.The fundamental problem is that the observer and the observered object are not clearly defined.Based on the perspective of an organic whole,this article will re-know the object.In the theoretical system of understanding about "object",the observer and the observered object cannot be separated,both of which are melted in the "object"."object" itself appears,evolves and in turn knows itself,to complete a self-sufficient and self-consistent cycle.Microbial ecosystem is just a self-emerging object among the cycle.Given object's being characterized by autonomy,active adaptability and the dynamic evolution etc,it can be defined as we know "self". By re-understanding objects ,we deduced dynamic equations of the self-evolution according to maximum flux principle,established a new evolution theory model,introduced structure parameters for self-describetion,and finally used a simple example to show the concrete application process of the theoretical models.
