湿环境中仿蛛丝珠串纤维的制备
Fabrication of bead-on-string fibers in mist
天然蜘蛛丝是一种可集水过程中自动改变自身结构,从而实现液滴驱动的智能材料。受此启发,本文采用改进静电纺丝的方法,制备了一种表面附着有PVDF纳米颗粒的PVDF纤维,并利用其在集水过程中,水滴合并的驱动力,驱使上述纳米颗粒形成具有可控"珠串"结构,并有优异集水性能的类蜘蛛丝仿生纤维。
he natural spider silk is a kind of smart biological fiber which can achieve the directional water collection by rebuilding its structure in mist. Inspired by this, we fabricated a kind of electrospun PVDF fibers with PVDF nanoparticles with improved electrospinning. When set in mist, those nanoparticles could controllably self-assemble to micro-beads with high water collection efficiency, which was driven by the coalesence of water droplets.
