Progress in direct alkylation and arylation of pyridine derivatives
吡啶结构单元广泛地存在于天然产物、药物和功能材料,通过C―H键的活化,高效、高选择性地对吡啶N-衍生物进行直接烃基化近年来已成为吡啶化学中构建吡啶化合物非常重要的合成方法。本文总结了近年来吡啶N-衍生物直接烃基化反应的最新进展,同时列举了这些方法在天然产物和药物合成中的应用实例。
Pyridine structural unit occurs ubiquitously in natural products, pharmaceutically active compounds, and functional materials. Highly efficient and selective direct alkylation and arylation of pyridine nucleus through C―H activation is thus of great significance in various areas. In this paper, recent progress of direct alkylation and arylation of pyridine N-derivatives is reviewed, and their corresponding applications in the synthesis of natural products and pharmaceutically active compounds are illustrated as well. )
