一种基于深度学习的图像风格化算法

在图像处理领域中,图像风格化是一种借助计算机技术处理图像的色彩、轮廓、线条等信息来改变图像效果的技术。近年来随着机器学习的发展,基于神经网络处理图像风格化问题得到了良好的效果。本文基于深度神经网络,在研究现有网络的基础上,结合生成式对抗网络的思想,在图像处理领域的图像风格化方面设计了一种网络,来生成具有强烈风格化效果的图片。并训练了一个得分测试模型,用来测试生成图像的风格化效果是否与真实风格类型的图像效果相似。客观的将本文深度神经网络的生成图像与现有图像风格化网络的生成图像的效果进行比较,并量化测试结果。实验结果表明,本文提出的图像风格化算法具有更好的效果,可以生成更接近真实风格的图像。

In the field of image processing, image stylization is a kind of technology that processing image information such as the colour, silhouette, line to change image effect by computer.In recent years, with the development of machine learning, image stylizationprocessing based on neural network obtained good effect. Based on the deep neural network, on the basis of researching the existing network and integrating the concept of generative adversarial networks, this paper designs a network to generate a highly stylized effect pictures. A scoring test model was also trained to test whether the effect of the generated image was similar to the real type of image,and to compare the generated images of two networks objectively. The experimental results show that the new network has better effect and can generate more realistic images.
