机床恒速恒张力自动控制的设计与研究

现在许多产品以"成卷"的形式供应,而其最后一道工序都是将产品按照恒速恒张力的要求卷绕在一个卷筒上。针对此问题,以塑料薄膜卷绕机为例,利用磁粉离合器优异的特性,很好的实现了卷绕过程的恒速恒张力的控制,大大简化了传动系统的结构设计和控制系统的复杂性。

Now,many products are supplied in rolls ,but it demands to be wound into reels with constant velocity and tension in the last working procedure.Facing this problem,takeing plastic film coiler for example,it uses the excellent characteristics of magnetic powder clutch.By this way,it not only achieves constant velocity and tension control very well,but also simplifies the design of driving systerm structure and the complexity of control system.
