单级自养脱氮系统微生物群落结构研究

为考察相同宏观控制参数条件下,影响序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)实现自养脱氮的关键因素,对运行效能具有差异的2套反应器进行微生物群落结构研究。试验表明,采用空心球填料及软性组合填料的A反应器,活性污泥及生物膜浓度较高,微生物群落结构差异较大,二者相似性为58.3%,活性污泥及生物膜在溶解氧分布上的特性为各类细菌的生长及代谢创造了良好环境,各类细菌的协同代谢使系统氨氮转化率和总氮去除率分别达到90%和80%以上。采用软性填料的B反应器,挂膜不理想,生物膜浓度低,与活性污泥微生物群落结构相似性为100%。该系统中细菌种类虽然较多,但优势功能菌单一,总氮去除率只有10~20%。生物膜是高溶解氧条件下实现单级自养脱氮的一个关键因素。

wo sets of the one-step completely autotrophic nitrogen removal process were set up. To analyze the microbial community structure, active sludge and biofilm samples were taken from these two single sequencing batch biofilm reactors (SBBR).Reactor A which was filled with hollow balls and flexible packing materials runs with a high nitrogen removal efficiency. The similarity of microbial community structure between active sludge and biofilm samples is 58.3%. The characters of DO distributing on active sludge and biofilm make a suitable condition for different bacteria. Their co-metabolisms make the ammonium oxidation and TN removal rate reach to 90% and 80% respectively. Reactor B which was only filled with flexible packing materials works under a low efficiency. The concentration of biofilm is low. There is not much difference between biofilm and active sludge samples on the microbial community structure. The similarity reaches to 100%. Although bacterial richness value of sample B is high, the variety of dominant bacteria is poor. TN removal rate is only about 10% to 20%. Biofilm is one of the key factors of the one-step completely autotrophic nitrogen removal process under high DO.
