new enzyme-free bioprobe, consisted of hematin functioned magnetic NiCo2O4 superstructure (MNS-Hb), was designed for ultrasensitive photoelectrochemical and electrochemical dual-readout immunosensing of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) on carbon nanohorns (CNH) support. MNS-Hb nano-hybrid exhibited much higher mimic enzyme catalytic activity and evidently amplified electrocatalytic signal.The experimental outcome demonstrated the promising application of MNS in developing ultrasensitive, cost-effective and environment friendly dual-readout immunosensor and accurate clinical diagnoses strategy for tumor markers.
