自噬与油脂代谢关系的研究进展
he Research Progress on the Relationship Between Autophagy and Fat Metabolism
自噬是一种广泛存在于真核细胞中的细胞降解过程,其将细胞内的生物大分子或受损细胞器水解成小分子物质而被细胞重新利用。目前有关自噬的研究主要集中在两个方面,一是自噬机制本身的研究,二是自噬与机体的多种生理和病理过程关系的研究。自噬因其功能的广泛性已成为当前生命科学研究的热点。最近几年发现,自噬与油脂代谢有着紧密的联系,因此本文旨在概括目前自噬与油脂代谢的研究进展, 重点介绍细胞自噬与细胞脂滴的降解关系。
utophagy is a degradation process through the actions of lysosomes, which exists widely in eukaryotic cells and involves in many biological functions. Autophagy helps to break down the cellular components during starvation as an adaptive response to survival. In recent years, an increasing body of research addressed the physiological and pathological roles of autophagy and the underlying mechanism. This review summerize briefly advances in study on the relationship between autophagy and fat metabolism(mainly on lipid droplets motion).
