基于MPEG-7的数字图像检索系统

his paper mainly discusses the retrieval technology of digital image based on MPEG-7 standard. After extensively investigating relative material on content-based image retrieval technology, in this paper, we deeply analyze and discuss the algorithm of image processing, image feature extraction, storage and retrieval based on MPEG-7 standard. A content-based image retrieval system is built to retrieve the color, texture and shape feature of image and achieve the retrieval application.
