聚丙交酯-乙交酯共混膜与梯度膜的体外降解特性研究
Investigation of In-vitro Degradation Properties of Poly(lactide-co-glycolide) Blended and Gradient Films
以聚丙交酯-乙交酯(PLGA)50/50与75/25为原料,并用浇铸法制成薄膜,其中包括PLGA50/50单层膜、PLGA75/25单层膜、两者的共混膜以及成分非均匀分布的梯度膜,将四种不同类型的膜浸泡在37℃、pH=7.4的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中进行体外降解实验。对四种膜降解过程中的表面形貌、分子量、pH值、失重率、吸水率等性能进行分析。结果表明非均匀PLGA梯度膜具有最平稳的失重性能。
Poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) 50/50 and 75/25 were applied as materials, and films were prepared by casting method. The PLGA films included PLGA 50/50 single-component films, PLGA 75/25 single-component films, blended films of two kind of PLGAs, and gradient films with non-uniform components. The four types of PLGA films were immersed in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH7.4) at 37oC. The properties of these PLGA films such as morphology, molecular weight, pH value, mass loss, and water absorption were analyzed during degradation process. The results showed that the PLGA film with gradient structure had the best degradation properties.
