基于搅拌棒吸附萃取技术检测有机磷农药残留的前处理条件优化
Optimization on Pre-treatment Condition for Determination of Organophsphorus by Stir Bar Sorptive Extraction
搅拌棒吸附萃取(SBSE)技术作为一种新型样品前处理技术,其萃取和解析受多重因素的影响。在溶剂解析模式下,结合液相色谱串联质谱技术对影响有机磷农药残留吸附萃取效率的萃取涂层、萃取温度、萃取模式、pH值、搅拌速度、萃取时间、离子强度等以及影响解析效率的解析液、解析时间、解析模式等因素进行优化。结果表明,为了达到最佳萃取及解析效果,聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)涂层、动态模式、150rpm的振荡速度、30min的吸附萃取时间以及5%NaCl浓度是最佳选择;解析时,以甲醇为解析液、6min作为解析时间在动态模式下进行解析能够获得满意的解析效果。
s a new sample pre-treatment technique, the extraction and analysis of stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) technology is affected by multiple factors. In the solvent analysis model, combined with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry technology, the effect factors on organophsphorus pesticides residues adsorption extraction efficiency, such as extraction coating, extraction temperature, extraction mode, pH value, stirring speed, extraction time, ionic strength and the influence on parsing efficiency such as analytical solution, analytical time, analytical model were optimized. The results show that, in order to achieve the best extraction and analysis results, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) coating, dynamic model, 150rpm oscillation speed, 30min extraction time and the concentration of 5%NaCl is the best choice; with methanol as the analytical solution, 6min as the analytical time and analysis in dynamic model can get a satisfactory result.
