中国PPP模式应用中的政府角色问题研究

he PPP mode has irreplaceable superiority, but its history is short in developing countries. Due to the special social ideology and the imperfection of relevant laws, how to deal with the role orientation of government, changing from a complete supervisor to a cooperator has been a increasingly important problem during the application of the PPP mode. This dissertation study on the whole processing supervision of government and we will provide several innovative suggestions to the government on public bidding mode, the choice of intermediary organization, controlling the price of public service and setting an exit mechanism.
