兖州矿区选煤厂噪声综合治理方案的研究

本文针对选煤厂各部分噪声污染源研究了综合治理方案,并比较了噪声治理前后的dB值。分别对鼓风机房、振动筛、破碎机、溜槽、值班室和车间等部分的噪声分别进行了治理。声级计监测结果表明,噪声污染最严重和治理效果最明显的部分为溜槽和车间值班室部分。各溜槽经处理后,开车时噪声值跟治理前相比均能降低15dB左右,且能均在90dB以下,符合标准。在溜槽内壁贴上低噪声材料,在法兰连接段溜槽内焊上挡板,在溜槽外壁表面上贴或涂一层阻尼涂料等措施完全适合选煤厂溜槽的噪声处理。设置隔声间后,隔声间内外噪声值相差几乎能达到13dB左右,室内噪声值达标。

In this paper,comprehensive treatment project about the noise pollution of each part in coal preparation plant was studied , and compares the dB values before and after the noise control . Noise polution was treated in blower room, lead, crusher, chute, duty room and workshop respectively. Noise monitoring results show that the most serious and governance effect of the most obvious parts are the chute and isolation booth, the dB value of the chutes could be reduced 15dB after treatment ,and all of them were below 90dB and up to a standard. labelling low noise material in chute wall, welding the flap in flange connection section chute and pasting or coating the damping measures such as coal perfectly within the outer wall surface in chute suited to handle the noise pollution. After setting up insulation booth, dB difference value between the internal and external could achieve 13dB , the indoor noise value was up to standards.
