一种8-炔基取代的二萘乙炔衍生物的合成
Synthesis of an 8-alkynyl substituted naphthalene acetylene derivative
萘环是有机化学中常见的结构,基于萘环衍生的化合物在有机合成中已被广泛应用于不对称催化、材料科学等领域中。开发含有萘环化合物的衍生及修饰方法,对丰富其结构多样性具有重要的意义。炔烃是最简单的不饱和结构之一,结构中的不饱和键可通过氧化、还原修饰为各种官能团,在合成化学中应用广泛。本文以Sonogashira反应为核心,将萘环与炔基相连,设计合成一种8-炔基取代的二萘乙炔衍生物,以期获得结构新颖的萘衍生物。
Naphthalene is a common structure in organic chemistry. Compounds derived from naphthalene have been widely used in the fields of asymmetric catalysis, material science and so on. Therefore, the development of derivatization and modification methods of naphthalene compounds and the enrichment of their structural diversity are of great significance in organic synthesis. Alkynes are one of the simplest unsaturated structures. The unsaturated bonds in the structure can be modified into various functional groups by redox. Therefore, they are widely used in synthetic chemistry. Based on Sonogashira reaction, an 8-alkynyl substituted dinacetylene derivative with conversion potential was designed and synthesized by connecting naphthalene with alkynyl group.
