Identification and Characterization of One Algae-Lysing bacteria and its effect on the degradation of Microsystins

一株分离自水华发生地活性污泥的细菌ASL1 经16S rDNA鉴定为 Ochrobactrum sp.该土著细菌具有良好的溶解铜绿微囊藻Microcystis aeruginosa的功能,其最佳溶解效率与温度、PH及光照相关。同时该细菌具有较强的藻毒素Microcystin-LR降解能力,第七天的降解率为75.95%。

n algicidal bacterium named ASL1 isolated from activated sludge caused rapid cell lysis of Microcystis aeruginosa. It was identified as Ochrobactrum sp. according to the 16S rDNA sequence analysis. Its algae-lysing characteristics were studied. The results showed that the strain ASL1 had pronounced algicidal effects and the temperature, pH and illumination could influence the algicidal efficiency. And it showed the funtion of dissolution to Microcystin-LR with the efficiency of 75.95% after 7 days.
