This paper is based on the actual work of the author, discussing the of heft the Wide Band in the telecom, Then by using the Data Mining tools of Microsoft, sorting the customer into several classes, then forecasting which customer will be lost with the use of sorting result; Finally making a time serial forecast for the income and validate the result.
