基因芯片技术在拟南芥中应用研究进展
Research advancement of gene-chip technology in analysis of Arabidopsis
基因芯片技术是同时将大量的探针分子固定到固相支持物上,借助核酸分子杂交配对的特性对DNA样品的序列信息进行高效的解读和分析。基因芯片的原型是20世纪80年代中期提出的,由于同时具有信息量大、操作简单、速度快捷等优点,迅速引起人们的关注。目前该技术已广泛的应用到植物研究中,拟南芥是植物分子生物学领域的模式植物,并且已全基因组测序。本文简单介绍基因芯片技术的进展、应用现状、发展前景并综述了基因芯片在模式植物拟南芥研究中的应用进展。?????
Gene chip technology fixed a lot of probes onto the solid support content at the same time, with the hybridization matching features of nucleic acid molecule to do some effective interpretion and analysis.The prototype of the gene chip was proposed in the mid-1980s,featured by large information capacity,easy performance,and rapid response,has became a research hotspot in recent years.Up to now this technology has been widely applied to study plants.Arabidopsis is model plant the of plant molecular biology,and it has whole genome sequenced.In this paper we briefly describes the progress of gene chip technology,application status, prospects and summarized the gene chip research advancement of Arabidopsis .
