本文采用ANSYS有限元分析软件参数化设计语言建立了桁架悬臂梁的有限元模型,然后将桁架悬臂梁主梁和辅助梁的截面形状和尺寸作为设计变量,以悬臂梁的总体积为目标函数,同时考虑桁架悬臂梁的强度、刚度以及截面尺寸等约束条件,采用零阶优化方法,对桁架悬臂梁结构进行了优化。通过优化分析,得到了构件最合理的结构形状和尺寸。研究结果表明,通过优化分析可以使桁架悬臂梁在满足工程要求的情况下,节省大量的工程材料。

his article uses the ANSYS finite element analysis software parametric design language to establish truss finite element model of cantilever beam, then making the truss girder of the cantilever beam and secondary beam cross section shapes and sizes as design variables, and using the volume of the cantilever beam as target function, considering the strength, stiffness of the beam truss and section size constraints, with zero order optimization method, to optimize the girder cantilever beam structure. Through the optimization analysis, it obtained the reasonable structure shape and size. The research results show that through the optimization analysis, the truss cantilever beam can save a lot of engineering materials under the satisfying engineering demand.
