高校图书馆专利信息服务竞争力构成要素与提升路径
The Elements and Upgrade Path for the Competitiveness of Academic Library Patent Information Service
[目的/意义]开展专利信息服务是当前高校图书馆业务转型和发展的重点方向之一。在众多高校图书馆纷纷提出要重点发展专利信息服务的关键时期，迫切需要一定的经验借鉴和理论指导。[方法/过程]利用网络调研、文献调研、专家访谈等方法，对国内高校图书馆提升专利信息服务竞争力所采取的主要做法和模式进行调研，包括：建立专门的服务部门、与外部机构资源合作、拓展服务业务等。[结果/结论]提出高校图书馆专利信息服务竞争力5大构成要素：管理竞争力、信息资源竞争力、人力资源竞争力、服务竞争力和品牌竞争力，并采用问卷调查法进行验证。最后，提出高校图书馆应对照竞争力要素采取"分步走"的路径策略，系统性地规划提升专利信息服务竞争力。

[Purpose/significance] At present, carrying out patent information service is one of the key directions for the transformation and development of academic library business. In the crucial period when more and more academic libraries focus on the service, it is particularly necessary to provide some experience and theoretical guidance.[Method/process] By the research methods of network survey, literature survey and expert interviews, this paper summarized the practices and modes adopted by domestic academic libraries in enhancing the competitiveness of patent information services, including establishing specialized service departments, cooperating with external institutions, expanding service scope, and etc.[Result/conclusion] Firstly, this paper presents five elements for the competitiveness of academic library patent information service, which contain management competitiveness, information resources competitiveness, human resource competitiveness, service competitiveness and brand competitiveness, and verified these elements by questionnaire method. Finally, it is suggested that academic library should reference the five elements and adopt the step-by-step strategy to enhance the competitiveness of patent information service systematically.
