通过化学法以氧化石墨烯(GO)溶液及纯苯胺(ANI)为原料,按照质量比(GO:ANI)分别为1:1及1:10合成了不同的氧化石墨烯/聚苯胺(GO/PANI)复合电极材料和纯PANI电极材料。采用循环伏安、交流阻抗以及四探针测电阻等方法对电极的电化学性能及电性能进行测试,通过傅里叶红外变换光谱仪(FR-IR)、双光束紫外可见光谱仪(UV-vis)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析其化学结构和微观形貌。结果表明当质量比为1:10时,所制备的复合材料性能的比电容最高,并分析总结出质量比与复合材料形貌和性能间的关系,为制备超高性能的超级电容器的研究提供了方向。

ifferent graphene oxide/polyaniline (GO/PANI) composite electrodes were synthesized by chemical polymerization, and the mass ratio (GO: ANI) was 1:1 and 1:10. The electric and electrochemical performances were measured by the four-probe method, cyclic voltammetry and the impedance spectroscope, respectively. The chemical structure and morphologies were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FR-IR), UV-Vis spectrophotometer (UV-vis) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results demonstrate that when the mass ratio is 1:10, the capacitor performance is best, indicating the great influence of mass ratios on the properties of composite electrodes.
