益气养阴通络散结中药复方对KKAy糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢的影响

Objective To observe the glucose and lipid metabolism in KKAy mice with type 2 diabeles and explore the effects of Yi-qi Yang-yin San-jie herbal compound on dyslipidemia. Methods The 12 -week-old male KKAy mice were randomly divided into model group and TCM group, same age of male C57BL/6J mice were chose as the normal group. The rats of different groups were treated with relevant medicinals respectively by intragastrical method,as the TCM group were fed Yi-qi Yang-yin San-jie herbal compound,the model group and normal group were fed with distilled water. The change of body weight and fasting blood glucose (FBG) was detected．The levels of triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL) were detected after mice were sacrificed respectively when the end of 4th,8th and 12th weeks.Results In model group,the levels of blood glucose and lipid levels showed a rising trend in the initial stage; With the growth of week-old,the levels declined, but still significantly higher than the normal group. After the intervention of Yi-qi Yang-yin San-jie herbal compound, blood glucose and lipid levels in mice has dropped slightly.Conclusion There are significantly dyslipidemia in KKAy mice,and Yi-qi Yang-yin San-jie herbal compound can correct dyslipidemia effectively,delay the development of diabetes complications furthermore.
