本文根据声波在空气中传播反射原理,以超声波换能器为接口部件,介绍了一种基于AT89C51单片机的低成本、高精度、微型化超声波测距器。整个电路采用模块化设计,由主程序、预置子程序、发射子程序、接收子程序、显示子程序等模块组成。各探头的信号经单片机综合分析处理,实现超声波测距仪的各种功能。在此基础上设计了系统的总体方案,最后通过硬件和软件实现了各个功能模块。相关部分附有硬件电路图、程序流程图。该测距仪最大测量距离是3米,精确度是1cm,它具有成本低,非接触,速度快,精度高,可靠性强,适应性好,操作方便等优点,有着广泛的应用前景。

ccording to the principle of ultrasonic transmission in the air and taking the ultrasonic transducer as the interface unit, an ultrasonic distance tester based on AT89C51 MCU is introduced. This tester is characteristed with advantagers such as low-cost, high accuracy and flexible volume. The system is composed of the ultrasonic wave generating module, the signal receiving module, the MCU processing module, the LED digital display, acousto-optic warning display module and so on. In the paper, the tester\'s hardware composition, the testing principle, the testing method and the software structure are introduced in detail. The range of the largest measuring distance is 3 meters, accuracy is 1 cm. Besides the system has a low cost, non-contact, high speed, high precision, reliability, adaptability, and easy to operate, etc.
