In natural environment, the fish quantity in the fishery farms is increased in a certain rule. If the fishing intensity is appropriate, the fish quantity in the fishery farms would remain stationary, and the fishing quantity could be sustained. We establish the benefit model in the stable condition by the idea of the relationship between supply and demand which is the main reason for production price in the market economy environment. Through the discussion, we find: the higher production doesn’t mean that the economic benefit is higher; we should have the comprehensive or general consideration about it in order to get the fishing methods under the optimal economic benefits, and it has the certain directing significance in the real life.
