In customer-oriented times, customer loyalty research has become an important issue in the fields of academics and enterprises. This paper briefly reviews the current research on customer loyalty. Then the author evaluates and analyses the current research of customer loyalty in terms of research perspectives, research methods and research models. Finally the author puts forward his own perspectives and opinions.
