通过离子交换法由碳酸钙制备磷酸钙

Preparation of Calcium Phosphate from Calcium Carbonate by Ion Exchange Reaction

本文首先以淀粉为模板仿生合成碳酸钙微球,然后在常温常压下通过离子交换反应将其转换为磷酸钙。用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、纳米粒度仪等对所制备的磷酸钙进行表征。结果表明,通过离子交换反应可成功将仿生合成制备的碳酸钙转换成为磷酸钙。

In this study, calcium carbonate microspheres were first prepared by the biomimetic method using starch as the template. Then, the calcium carbonate microspheres were converted to calcium phosphate by the ion exchange reaction at ambient conditions. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and sizer analyzer were used to verify the succesful conversion of calcium carbonate to calcium phosphate by the ion exchange reaction.
