为研究应用惯容器的车辆ISD悬架元件参数间的隔振匹配机理,建立了一种由四元件组成的基于动力吸振型车辆ISD悬架系统的双质量振动模型,分析了车身加速度、悬架动行程与轮胎动载荷幅频特性及均方根随元件参数的变化规律。研究结果表明:主弹簧刚度与阻尼系数的增大,会使性能指标幅频特性由原有的3个共振峰转变为2个共振峰;副弹簧刚度与惯质系数的增大,会使性能指标幅频特性由原有的2个共振峰转变为3个共振峰。车身加速度均方根受主弹簧刚度与阻尼系数影响较大;悬架动行程均方根受4个元件参数影响均较大;轮胎动载荷均方根受阻尼系数的影响较大。元件参数对振动响应特性的影响研究为车辆ISD悬架的元件参数匹配设计提供了理论参考。

o study the isolation matching mechanism of the vehicle ISD suspension parameters, a dual-mass vibration system of four-elements ISD suspension system based on the dynamic vibration absorber was established. The amplitude frequency characteristic and root-mean-square of the vehicle body acceleration, suspension deflection and tire dynamic load are analyzed,respectively. The results show that, the increase of the stiffness of the main spring and the damping coefficient will change the original three formants to two formants. The increasing of the stiffness of the vice spring and the inertance will change the original two formants to three formants. The root-mean-square of the vehicle body acceleration is mainly influenced by the stiffness of the main spring and the damping coefficient. The root-mean-square of the suspension deflection is mainly affected by the four parameters. The root-mean-square of the tire dynamic load is mainly affected by the damping coefficient. The results and conclusions will provide a theoretical reference for the matching of the component parameters of the ISD suspension.
