本文首先分析跨临界CO2制冷循环蒸发器内工质的热物性和沸腾换热特点。当有不凝气体存在时,易产生液体空化,形成异相扰动,实现非均匀核化过程,对成核温度和汽泡存在的条件有较大影响,并通过经典换热关联式分析不凝气体存在对换热性能的影响。本文为跨临界CO2制冷循环蒸发器的进一步传热强化研究提供理论依据。

In this paper, some characteristics of thermodynamic properties and flow boiling heat transfer are analyzed in trans-critical carbon dioxide refrigeration system. Non-condensable gas in subcritical CO2 leads to heterogeneous nucleating process in liquid, and accelerates the phase change process. Those can change threshold of nucleation and the condition. And the influence of non-condensable gas on heat transfer performance of carbon dioxide is analyzed by classic heat transfer correlation. The paper provides theoretical basis for enhancing heat transfer in trans-critical carbon dioxide refrigeration system.
