环氧树脂基液相色谱整体柱的制备及性能研究

novel epoxy resin-based polymer monolithic column is prepared from PEG-1540, epoxy resin, diethlenetriamine with the mass ratio is 8:4:1 in the blank stainless steel chromatographic columns (50mm×4.6mm i.d) by in-situ step-addition polymerization. The columns have been characterized by scanning electron microscopy and FT-IR. The chromatographic performance of nicotinamide and nicotinic acid on the monolithic column is evaluated. The content of flow rate and organic solvent were investigated in the experiment. Rapid separation of nicotinamide and nicotinic acid is achieved with 100% pure water as mobile phase in 2.0 min at flow rate of 1.0 mLomin-1. The resolution is 0.83.
