鬼臼毒素类衍生物的合成及杀虫活性初步研究(I)
Synthesis and Insecticidal Activity of Podophyllotoxin Derivatives (I)
为进一步研究鬼臼毒素类化合物结构与杀虫活性之间的关系,本文设计合成了12个新的鬼臼毒素类衍生物,并测试了其对粘虫的生物活性。结果表明:2-氯鬼臼毒素类衍生物的毒杀活性最高,苦鬼臼毒素类衍生物的毒杀活性最低。
In an attempt to find the effective phytopesticides, a series of novel podophyllotoxin were synthesized and preliminarily tested against the pre-third-instar larvae of Mythimna separata Walker in vivo at the concentration of 1 mg/mL. Especially compound 7g showed the higher insecticidal activities than toosendanin, a commercial insecticide derived from Melia azedarach.
