基于FPGA的尖峰电流检测方法

针对电力电子系统中的尖峰电流,传统的电流峰值检测方法是基于高速A/D转换器,其缺点是成本较高,不适合广泛应用。本文提出一种新型的尖峰电流峰值检测方法,仅需FPGA控制器、高速比较电路、高速采样电路、可控调压电路等几部分,即可满足尖峰电流的峰值检测要求,同时将成本大幅降低。详细阐述了检测电路的硬件及软件设计方法,通过应用测试,证实完全满足检测需求,具有良好的应用前景。
For the peak current in the power electronic system, the conventional method of current peak detection is based on the high-speed A/D converter, while the disadvantage is high cost and not suitable for wide application. This paper presents a new methods of peak current detection. Only FPGA controller, high-speed comparator circuit, high-speed sampling circuits, controlled regulator circuit and other sections can meet the requirements of peak current detection. The cost is significantly reduced at the same time. The hardware and software design methods of the detection circuit are elaborated. After some tests, it is confirmed fully meet the detect requirements, and has a good application prospect.
