球罐分瓣优化设计对降低工程成本的影响分析

影响球罐工程成本因素主要有钢材的用量和焊接量。球罐各带分瓣角的大小不同可导致钢板的利用率(钢板用量)和焊缝长度(焊接量)的变化。本文在考虑钢材市场价格、焊接量变化引起材料成本和人工成本的条件下,给出混合式球罐分瓣角的优化设计算法。计算结果对比显示,对于2000-5000m3的混合式球罐,优化后的分瓣方法可以实现球罐材料利用率提高1%以上;每台球罐成本可降低5万元以上。
t the background of the price of steel fell sharply and welding cost is increasing year by year , a optimization algorithm was presented in this paper for Mixed Model Spherical Tank\'s Shell angle Partition. Compared with the existing results in the literature, This algorithm\'s calculation can be found that in most cases material utilization was improved by more than 1%, it can reduce the length of the weld too. A 2000-5000m^3 spherical tank\'s cost can be reduced more than 50000 Yuan rmb.
