双重化控对夏玉米穗花发育及产量的影响

针对黄淮海平原夏玉米倒伏严重,喷化控剂后增产或减产结论不一问题,本研究通过设置不同密度水平,采用控促结合双重化控技术,研究其对玉米雌穗穗花发育、激素水平、同化物含量及产量的影响,探究双重化控影响雌穗发育及产量的生理机制。结果表明:(1)双重化控抗倒技术显著抑制了玉米雌穗发育,受精花数和小花受精率显著降低,穗粒数减少。(2)双重化控技术显著降低了雌穗中IAA含量,增加了雌穗中GA3和ABA含量,降低了蔗糖含量,影响光合产物分配,最终影响了玉米产量。由此表明,增密化控技术显著抑制了玉米雌穗发育,降低了玉米穗粒数,进而影响了玉米产量。因此,促进籽粒结实,提高穗粒数是该技术进一步提升的主攻目标。

In response to the serious lodging of summer maize in the Huanghuaihai Plain, and the varying conclusions regarding yield increase or decrease after spraying chemical control agents, this study investigated the effects of different density levels and control promotion combined with dual chemical control techniques on the development of female ear and flower, hormone levels, assimilate content, and yield of maize, and explored the physiological mechanism of dual chemical control affecting female ear development and yield. The results showed that: (1) The dual chemical control and lodging resistance technology significantly inhibited the development of female ears in maize, significantly reduced the number of fertilized flowers and the fertilization rate of small flowers, and reduced the number of grains per ear. (2) The dual chemical control technology significantly reduced the IAA content in female spikes, increased the GA3 and ABA content in female spikes, decreased sucrose content, affected the distribution of photosynthetic products, and ultimately affected maize yield. This indicates that the densification and chemical control technology significantly inhibits the development of female ears in maize, reduces the number of grains per ear, and thus affects maize yield. Therefore, promoting grain setting and increasing the number of grains per spike are the main targets for further improvement of this technology.
