中山大学基础医学研究现状及其对策研究
Present situation and countermeasure research on Basic Medicine of Sun Yat-sen University
摘要
科研工作是高校可持续发展的内在动力，是评价一所高校科技水平、社会作用及综合实力的重要指标之一。面对我国高校科技事业的现状和目前我国科技资源相对有限的国情，加强对高校科技投入与产出的相关研究，针对我国高校各自具体情况及不同学科特色采用合理而有针对性的资源分配机制就显得尤为重要。本文对中山大学基础医学研究2001—2007年度科技数据展开调查分析，通过对7年来的科技投入与科技产出的变化研究，客观分析基础医学研究的现状、优势、不足及其原因，认为存在投入产出比低、基础研究与应用研究结合薄弱及国际合作引导不足等问题，并提出对策分析，为医科院校有针对性的加强基础医学在政策制定和实施方面提供重要参考依据。
Abstract
Research is the sustainable intrinsic motivation of the university.It is an important indicator to evaluate the scientific capabilities and profiles. Faced the scientific situation and the limited resources, It’s important to strengthen the study on Science &Technology Input-Output and adopt reasonable targeted resource allocation mechanism according to the specific circumstances and different disciplines of universities. Based on Basic Medicine of Sun Yat-sen University, This paper makes a survey and study of the scientific date between 2001-2007, through the comparison and analysis of the the sci-tech input and output,.We can discribe the present situation, characteristics, Advantages ,disadvantages and causes. The study shows the problems about low input-output ratio、weak Cooperation of basic and applied research、lack of international cooperation. and makes countermeasures and suggestions. The paper provide an important reference to enhance targeted policy formulation and implementation on basic medicine关键词
