基于ArcIMS的台风信息发布系统的设计与实现

目前，台风信息常以图形和文字的形式在Internet上发布，以这种形式发布信息存在与客户进行交互的功能不足，图形不能根据用户的请求实时生成，且很少有查询分析功能等缺陷，针对这一问题，本文提出了以WebGIS的形式发布台风信息，这样即能利用Internet的信息传播功能，又能利用GIS强大的查询分析功能，实现动态的、交互性强的又具有查询分析功能的信息发布。最后,本文在综合比较胖客户端和瘦客户端模式的技术特点，考虑服务器的负载平衡前提下，选择了ArcIMS的胖客户端模式JavaViwer设计和建立台风信息发布系统。
t present, the information of typhoon often issued on Internet in the form of graph and text, aiming at the disadvantages of this form, this paper selects WebGIS to issue the information of typhoon. Combining the two powerful technologies, Internet and GIS, WebGIS realizes data sharing, dynamic inquiry and so on. At last, we develop a system for publishing information of typhoon based on JavaViewer of ArcIMS.
